COVID-19 vaccines at FIU

On-campus

After an 11-month effort at FIU to offer COVID-19 vaccinations to our students, faculty, staff, alumni, retirees and eligible members of their households, the vaccination site located at the Graham Center Piano Lounge at MMC has transitioned to our on-campus clinics: the Student Health Center for students and the Ambulatory Care Center for faculty and staff. Vaccine distribution at these sites is by appointment only.

You can call 305-348-5100 for more information.

After receiving the vaccine

We need to remain vigilant to stay healthy. Even if you have received the vaccine, you must continue to fill out the P3 app before coming to FIU, and we strongly advise you continue to wear a face covering, wash your hands frequently and practice physical distancing in addition to observing safety guidelines in offices, classrooms, public spaces, housing and laboratories.

Lost vaccine card

If you've lost your COVID vaccine card, don't worry. There are several ways you can request a copy of the card or a copy of your immunization records through Florida SHOTS. Your immunization record can act as a replacement for a lost card.

To obtain a replacement, you can contact your healthcare provider (any provider that administers vaccines) or your county health department. If you are 18 or older, you may also request your record directly from Florida SHOTS by filling out this form
